Q: Where is my order confirmation?

Ans: This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at:

hbagstags@gmail.com/+92 344 0769094 just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting you in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Customers will also receive confirmation from TCS once their order is fulfilled and handed over to the courier.

Q: Why has my order been cancelled?

Ans: We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is cancelled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

Q: When will my order arrive?

Ans: Orders that require shipping within Lahore will be delivered within 2 days. Shipping to cities other than Lahore may take 2-4 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

In harsh weather conditions and on special occasions you are requested to track your orders through TCS or our website.  

Question: Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?

Answer: Yes, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 days of purchase. Please make sure that the item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Answer: We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.
